Woocommerce checkout subscribe checkbox not displayed

    Hi we defined the Klaviyo list and enabled the checkout subscribe checkbox to be visible on the Checkout page, but we still cannot see it. Using latest version of plugin 2.5.2 and Woocmmerce v. 5.5.2.

    Klaviyo’s email subscription checkbox utilizes the woocommerce_checkout_fields filter to add a field to the checkout form. It appears that you are using a custom checkout solution which might not render the checkout form using these fields and therefore would not fire that particular hook.

    Can you please share the particular checkout solution you are using? If possible, I’m happy to take a look to see how that solution renders the checkout form. However, it may not be compatible with Klaviyo’s plugin.
