Woo Payments Setup Issues

The problem is with the setup process for the WooCommerce Payments plugin.
I have it completely set up on one site with zero problems.
I began to set it up on a second site then before completing the adding of the bank info, I decided I was not going to use that on that site.
I have been getting notices telling me to add the missing info if I want to get my funds but instead of continuing to ignore those emails, I wanted to see how to stop them from hitting my inbox.
On the first site where I have it completely set up. there are no ‘disconnect’ buttons otherwise I would just complete the setup process of the second site then hit that ‘disconnect’ button.
I’ve contacted Stripe and they said to contact WooCommerce so here I am.
In reading through some of the other postings here in the Forum, the closest thing to this issue looks like finishing the setup then removing the plugin and just having the setup just be there.
I’d rather not just leave my banking info ‘just be there’.
So any suggestions on how to fix this or just continue to ignore the emails when they come in.
