Just installed w/ Go Daddy, links to post not working, please help

I just switched from WordPress.com to WP.org using Go Daddy. After many fits and false starts I finally have my blog up and running (www.ingasadventures.com). I exported the content to the GoDaddy-hosted version. Over the last year a number of external sites linked to my posts, but now those links to the individual links are broken. I would like to fix this.
1) Was there something in how I exported/imported that caused this, or is this expected?
2) Is there anything I can do, even manually, to redirect the old link to the new link for each post? I write travel articles so each post is a distinct article.

Thank you for any help you can offer. This has been much more of a process than I anticipated.
