Cannot enter password in login form

    When the plugin is activated, and I enter the login/ registration form on WordPress there is no field to enter the password once this plugin is enabled. Can someone please let me know if this is an incorrect setting on my end?

  • you probably using OTP on login, please disable this feature to temporarily fix the issue.

    Yes, I can confirm disabling OTP fixed the issue. Do you have an idea of when this would be fixed?

    Now I can enter the password but the email verification is not sent and the user is still logged in immediately. I am using Oceanwp theme with ocean popup plugin, I am not sure if that is causing some issue ?

    It may have to do with “Exclude user role” as I see “Customer” in there, but I have no clue how to remove the “Customer” from “Exclude User Role”
