Change presentation

    I have installed the plugin and its operation seems correct.

    I have some questions about the visual presentation of it

1- Is it possible to change the optional service header text for another of my choice?
2- The options appear within the chackout aligned to the right, is it possible to align it to the left?
3- Is it possible to show the value of the tax to be calculated before the user selects to apply it?
