Banner Image GeneratePress

  • I am having difficulty getting the image I am using as a Banner to display across the entire screen (or at least centered within) when I do Home Page Settings set to Blog, so as to show the dynamic flow of Posts on the home page. The image restricts itself to the left portion of the top screen up until the right sidebar. I am using Customize/Site Identity/Logo to upload the Banner image.

    However, when (alternatively) I set Home Page settings to a static page, and insert the Banner as a Featured image, the Header image displays the entire width with no problem!

    Thanks for any insights, and happy to answer any further questions. Since my site in question is on an organizational intranet, it is not possible to share a link.

    I am not sure if this is an error on my part in using the free, current version of GeneratePress, or if it is a header or navigation feature I am lacking by not having the premium version of the Theme. If the latter, is there a free Plugin that might help here?
