Hi! I use Osean WP + Elementor Pro.

After updating plugins I faced with issue. Text blocks inherit styles of the computer version even if I set up custom margins for mobile version. Some blocks with paddings on mobile devices are shown incorrectly.

For example, for computers I set padding 180px from right. But for mobile devices – 0px.But when I check how page looks on mobile – there is a padding 180. Even though I set special padding for mobile.

I tried to disable plugins and clear cache – it didn’t help. Problem is not about Elementor Pro. I tried to change the theme. As a result paddings are correct.
    So problem in Ocean WP.

Right now I temporarily rollbacked to the 3.3.1 version of Elementor, so you wouldn’t recreate the issue. But I did screeenshots: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GAUY-Vp50ipOaIXx-FO-Up21PoblntvB?usp=sharing

  • Hello @dinarazaripova,

I’ve checked your webpage, but I didn’t see any issue: https://i.postimg.cc/yxmWd5ky/image.png.

Do you still have an issue with the page?

    Perhaps it’s a cache issue:
If you use the cache plugin, or CDN or server cache, please make sure to clear all cache and recheck your issue. Perhaps your browser or internet has been cached, so try to hard-refreshing or check your issue on another device.

    Best Regards

    Hi @skalanter!

I still have the issue. You don’t see it cause I temprorarily rollbacked to the 3.3.1 version of Elementor.

After updating the problem comes again. For example look at the page https://rstech.pro/svadba/ from mobile device

“If you use the cache plugin, or CDN or server cache, please make sure to clear all cache and recheck your issue. Perhaps your browser or internet has been cached, so try to hard-refreshing or check your issue on another device.” – I did it many times.

    Hello @dinarazaripova,

This issue is not related to the theme. It’s your adjustment for Elementor container: https://i.postimg.cc/W3rmSGv6/image.png.
All you have to do is going to Elementor environment and set the padding on mobile devices; something like this screenshot: https://i.postimg.cc/k4sTmN2N/image.png.
You have set this size for tablet or desktop, and it is influenced on mobile.

    Best Regards

    Hello @skalanter!

I know about setting special paddings for different devices. The problem is that it doesn’t work. I set paddind 0;0;0;0 for mobile and tablet devices. Despite of it Elementor generates mobile page with computers padding.

I’m sure that problem is in theme cause I tried to disable plugins and clear cache – it didn’t help. Problem is not about Elementor Pro. I tried to change the theme. After changing theme paddings are correct. So problem is in Ocean WP.
