WordPress Is EXTREMLEY slow!

  • I’ve opened up a new website, and it’s instantly getting around 30 tousand views per-day. The website is hosted on GoDaddy with wp on it. It is really slowly, and most of the time it doesn’t load at all (if it does load, it loads only some of the stuff.)

    Here’s what it says most of the time: “Service Temporarily Unavailable

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

  • Hi,

    Remove all unwanted themes and plugins. Repair your database and make sure that your database server and web server is performing perfectly. If require then restart the web and database server.

    It may actually be nothing to do with WORDPRESS but more simply due to the fact you are using a shared server on GODADDY which to be honest is not be the best service in the world.

    The company that hosts my server gives me a load time that all the stats say is 86% faster than most sites..
