    Hi,

    I’m having trouble viewing the cookie settings pop up. The modal doesn’t fully show. You just see an empty semi-transparent box.

    This could happen if there are some HTML errors in the cookie banner styling. Upon checking the site, we have identified that a closing div is missing in the HTML. To add, go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise cookie bar > and review the message text and add accordingly.
