Edit button under Publish for Draft, Public, etc. doesn’t work

The ‘Edit’ button under “Publish” doesn’t work for any of the three options: Draft, Public, or Publish Immediately. Therefore, I can’t get any of my blogs to accept a “sticky” post, and I don’t have a choice about publishing immediately or waiting to post.

Nothing happens when I click on EDIT. This is for all of my blogs, for the POSTS. The PAGES work ok.

I recently changed computers. I had this problem on my old XP computer and I have it now on Windows 7. Some of my blogs are new on this computer and weren’t on the old computer. All have the problem, though.

I used Fantastico through JustHost.com to install them.

Really would appreciate some help.
