input fields not visible for some visitors

    Hi

    We often use CF7 and it works fine, as on this website. But: a few visitors can’t use because the fields don’t show – see screenshot: https://snipboard.io/GCKfMn.jpg. I have no idea how to find the origin of the problem because it doesn’t appear on all my devices.

    Any ideas?

    Hi

    I just come out of a call with my client. To text just that we deactivated all plugins (except CF7 of course) to no avail.

    But: after she turned off the Ad-Blocker of Firefox the plugin worked fine. That looks good so far. (Except her boss also uses FF with Ad-Blocker and she doesn’t have a problem …)

    She can’t of course ask all her visitors to turn off their Ad-Blocker. Is there a solution I can implement on our website so that it is compatible?
