Fatal error when trying to view the label

In the back-office, when trying to view the shipping label of an order I get a fatal error :

Works on all orders except this one.

May be related, the order shipping address is in UK.
Other element is that the state of Bpost delivery is OPEN on page load, but if I try to refresh the sate, I get UNKNOW
