Slider Revolution Comes up Empty

Hi all,

We have a pre-existing word press website. Someone else updated the theme and plug-ins.

Now our homepage is coming up blank.

The theme is avada – latest version

and the main plugin is slider revolution v6.5.6

I think the problem is that the main homepage was a slider Revolution that’s somehow is coming up blank after the updates.

the home page says:

set to avada builder and there is a slider-1 already set

This Slider Is Assigned Via Avada Page Options

if I go to the plug in – and try to edit slider-1 – it comes up blank w no content (like it was empty)

What was there? I recall that the home page was simply sliding every few seconds between several existing wordpress pages (or a image of each)

Q: is there a way to recover what was there in the previous plugin before the update – or is it maybe still there somewhere?

OR – Is there a way to simply recreate the slider-1 that was showing the varied wordpress pages?

BTW – we have a license – but I can’t contact them because I do not have the purchase email and login at this point…
