Result pages show given answers instead of individual result page (random)

    Hello,

    I have created overall six quizzes that all work according to the same principle.
    Every answer has an amount of points, so that an individual result page can be shown for each answer option (Every quiz only has one question). Under the tab “result pages” I have created a result page for each answer, with “Total points earned is equal to 5/10/15 points” and individual texs in the text fields.

    In the beginning everything worked fine and all the correct result pages showed for each answer option. Now sometimes, some options do not show the assigned result page but instead an overview of the answers given during the Quiz.

    Some answer options continously have this problem now, some have had it a few days ago and work correctly again now. The problem appears at random and I do not understand where it comes from, as all the settings are the same for all the quizzes and within the quizzes for all the answer options and result pages.
    Our company’s technical support could not find any faults in my settings etc.

    I hope someone can help me with this!

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The issue might be happening because you are using the condition on Results page as “Total points earned equal to 5”. This will show the the results page when the Total points earned will be exactly equal to 5 or 10 or 15. Instead of this, please use the condition “Total points earned less than or equal to 5”. Same goes for the 10 and 15 no. Of Total points.
