Save and continue submission later

Good day,

Is it possible for a user to save a form halfway through filling and open it later and continue to complete it? I see wpForms has abandonment plugin that have this feature.
And related to my first question is there a way I can show on the users frontend the forms he has not completed or saved/submitted
