IS THIS COMPATIBLE – Why Not Tested?

I have seen this question posted here and NOT answered.

Why has the plugin NOT been tested for ANY of the last 3 versions, or updated in a year?

Is it compatible with Version 5.8

and another question: when Importing, does import overwrite/update something that exists on target site, like a post or page?
