    Hi There,

    I’ve had 2 issues recently with customer paying the second instalment.

    1. It says it is still currently processing the order

    2. They couldn’t pay the second instalment because that product is sold out.

    How do I fix these?

    Hello,
    1. please make sure other plugins do not override the order status or manually change the status to pending. (which need to be done automatically)
    2. maybe you’re using a stock management system that causes this issue.

    we’re currently working on a new update that solved all of these problems.

    Hi There,

    1. So what should the status of the order be for people to be able to pay the second instalment?

    2. Well there will only be a certain amount of stock available but surely people should be able to pay their second payment even if the product is sold out?
