• I purchased, I got the email, I followed the instructions in your FAQ page, the layout is completely different but when I click the view more the key is NOT displayed.

    I opened a ticket with you a day ago, I have also contacted you today via your form and sent a screenshot.

    I guess my only option now is to post here, then go for a refund which is a real pain as we have set everything up!!

    Safe to say while the free product was fantastic, the paid version is crap due to poor customer service

    The developer cannot support you on this site and they know that. I am closing this topic.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
