the page is completly empty

  • i have activated the polylang pluggin and desactivated the custom fields checkbox in the settings part.

    When i edit a page (builded with site origin page builder) and i want to had an english translation, the new page is completly empty : no title, not the layout i builded in the origin page…

    I don’t understand…

    any help please ?

    Hello,

    Polylang is not an automatic translation plugin. When you create a new translation for your page it’s up to you to write the content in the correct language. Polylang attempts to prefill some fields such a taxonomy terms, parent page, thumbnails and so on (when translations of those already exist) but the content is left empty.

    Hello,

    i know polylang isn’t a translation plugin. My problem was that it didn’t duplicate the template page builded with site origin page builder.

    i found a solution in the siteOrigin support forum.
