    Hi team,

    I have the classic already problem: “Please enter a valid Mailchimp API key” when I enter my Mailchimp key.

    I tried different keys, I tried to disable the plugins and then enable them, I tried to update all the plugins and the theme…

    Please help me to resolve this problem.

    Can I give you my wordpress website admin and pass to check the issue?

    Sorry to know that you are having an issue.

    I checked this on a test site but was unable to replicate the issue. Just to make sure no other plugin is conflicting and causing an issue, can you please try a conflict test?

    Please make sure to take a complete backup of the site before further proceeding with the test or consider doing the test on a staging site.

    Can you please also bring this to the notice of the MailChimp support and check if they can provide an insight on this?

    Hi @tornishca

    Please deactivate all plugins except Hustle and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Before this test, we recommend full site backup.
