Shortcode doesn’t work

    I would like to ask for help with the shortcode [institute_enquiry_form].
    When I put this shortcode on any page or post it’s not appearing as an enquiry form.
    Awaiting for a quick response.

    First create the pages/post then add the these shortcode in the created pages and post.

    I think it will work.
