    Hello, I’m new to CleanTalk.

I have installed it for an IT company. They use Gravity Forms and have a form where their existing users can request a new account.

The form has a field for their preferred new email address. Teh fields name is “input_33” , id is “input_8_33”

Because the new users email address does not exist yet, when they get to the final submission a warning is printed on the screen e.g. *** Forbidden. [email protected] : Mail domain does not exist. ***

I have tried adding both fields to the “Field name exclusions” setting, sand also disabled “Check email before POST request”. Neither of these worked.

    How can I resolve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
