[Plugin: Dynamic Widgets] Problems w/ Dynamic Widgets

  • I am using Dynamic Widgets on my website (www.symhome.net/wordpress). It works great except for the fact that all the widget I want to show up on my blog post page do not show up. They appear in the single posts page, but not the main blog page.

    I am using the latest constructor theme if that makes a difference.

  • Which version of Dynamic Widgets are you using? Prior to version 1.2.2 the plugin did not detect the use of a static page as the main blog page.

    I have version 1.2.3. I have a feeling it may be something to do with the new version of the theme that I am using. Because I just deactivated the plug-in and the sidebar was still not showing up.

    So I am wondering if it has something to do with the the fact that I have a static front page and the post page.

    That’s possible of course. Maybe dynamic_sidebar() or wp_head() is not called in the theme. I think it’s best to ask the author of the theme.
