Unresponsive

  • I installed the gallery and spent a few hours configuring and testing it but it’s not stable.
    The ordering doesn’t take into consideration the dates in the media gallery of WordPress. Or even the names.
    The hovering effects do not always work as intended.
    Then the size of the images in the three columns I set suddenly changed by themselves becoming way bigger than before.
    I am going to ask for a refund because I don’t like it.

    You mentioned the hover effects do not work, I can see you opened a ticket regarding this with our support team and we will be investigating this and helping asap. From what we were able to see the titles are missing from your images. Please follow the steps we sent in our email reply.

    Regarding the size of the columns, this does not change randomly. It only changes if the page was suddenly turned into a wider/full width page, hence automatically making the columns larger.
