    I am trying to log in to my Woocommerce IOS app but it’s tells me that i need to have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected to my store, while it’s already done.
    If i use an android device, it works well

    Jetpack support tells me that my IP address is probably blacklisted, or there is a problem with xmlrpc

    I have deactivated the plugin, I have also removed and reinstalled the plugin but nothing has got it working.
    I tried to reach the support of my host, but no response.

    First, make sure that you have the most recent version of the WooCommerce app as well as plugins & theme.

    Then, you’ll want to do a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. Here’s how to do a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
