Is there a guestbook plugin that allows you to upload a photo as well?

I found DMS Guestbook which is a pretty nice guestbook plugin, however, I have a client that is looking for something that will allow them to upload a photo along with some text and display that on the live site (pending moderation of course). Anyone aware of anything like that?
