Missing download button on order recieved page

    When guests checkout the order received page doesn’t show the download buttons for downloadable products. The email they receive does have links and they work. But the checkout page doesn’t for some reason.

    This doesn’t seem to affect logged-in users.

    I’m using [woocommerce_checkout] for the page.

  • Hello @wildwoodhealth,

    It sounds to me like logged-out users don’t have the correct access to be able to download files.

    Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable products and make sure the Downloads require login is unchecked. If it’s checked, please uncheck it, save the settings, and see if the download buttons appear now.
