    Hi

    In “used for” (contact tab->contact field) there are only a few options, which are:

    none
    name
    email
    business
    phone

    I would like to add more options to the dropdown. How would I go about doing that?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    You can create custom contact fields for the contact form.

    For this, you need to select blank option from the “Used for” dropdown. Use a label for the field and choose the field type for the contact field.

    Such custom fields will show when you open the individual results under Results section. For example, if you have used Address as the custom contact field, then you can see the users address when you open his result.

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    I see that it displays properly in individual results, I hadn’t noticed that before!

    Is there a way to have it displayed in the “bulk results” list?

    In my case, Ive included two required check-boxes people must tick before taking the quiz, but these do not display in bulk results, only in the individual results.

    Sorry to say this but it is not possible to display custom contact fields in the bulk results list. As customers can setup custom contact fields as per their requirements so it is not possible to show custom contact fields on the bulk Results list.
