    Hello support

    When I login into my site back end to select or click on get rate in the plugin, I get the message saying: No data for USD, same for british pound currency.

    I am not able to update the rate everyday like I use to.

    How can I fix this ?

    Which course source do you use?
    Some of them have limits on the number of requests for free users (meaning users of their site). They also require an API key, which must be entered in the course source settings.

    I’m not good in coding, I use a template that I modified on my own on WP, I think its Astra template.

    Does it mean I wont be able to click on get rate ? I thought it was the free version!

    I was using the free api key from the site but that particular it link is not working now, however the site work.

    In other word, I will have to paid from this website:
    Free currency converter ?

    https://joxi.ru/J2bz4aQUgEbBE2 – As far as I can see, the owners of currencyconverterapi.com no longer provide free access to their site. Except for testing purposes only – which most likely has significant limitations.

    Consider switching to another source of courses, there are several of them in the settings of our plugin.

    Hello support,

    I send an email to support for currency converter API, he told me the same as you said and take premium plan. I said to him: I’m not good in coding, in the free version of the api key all I had to do is copy & paste the api key and hit save in you guys plugin, will it be the same if I take the premium ? Then he said he is not affiliated with the plugin.

    what should I do now ?

    “Then he said he is not affiliated with the plugin.” – As far as I understand, you communicated with currencyconverterapi.com support. The specialist answered right, he is not associated with our plugin.
