In e-mail Title cyrillic letters convert to symbols.

    When I send an email, in the title I see this:
    D￡D?? a€| ??DμD±Dμ D?Dμ ??D′D°D?D?? ?? D·D°DoD?D???D????? D?D?Do??D?Do?? D2 Xyative shop
    should see this:
    Упс… ?? тебе не удалось закончить покупку в Xyative shop ??

    In the email body all ok without a problem.
