No support available

I have to express my immense disappointment in this company. Not only is their software very expensive, but there is also absolutely no support in place. Having found a major issue with their image carousel, I am now left in the dark. How do I explain to a client that their website is not working optimally due to a paid software solution that does not have the capacity to upkeep their code? Perhaps we should leave companies like these and just code the sections ourselves, it’s not that hard and I have found myself doing exactly that. I would not recommend their solutions for a developer working with major sites. This might be more use for small sites.
