More problems then benefit

  • The installation worked very well and also the creation of an Woocommerce product was very easy.

    However the premade designs are very simple and not aesthetic. I wouldn use one of them without costomizing -> So you have to have HTML knowledge to adapt them, which can be very hard for unexperienced users and very time consuming.
    Also the created PDFs does not match the HTML Design because the PDF does not support other fonts. So your costumer gets 2 different Gift Cards (Email – HTML and the PDF with standard font which ist very unappropriate).

    Having had problems with creating the PDF at all, the support was very kind and answered very quickly. However they repeatedly (!) asked to delete my 1 Star Rating. This could be a reason why only 5 Star Rates are presented here. In my opinion, this makes ratings useless. I must confess that my first rating had no content, therefore i wrote this more detailed one.

    All in all i lost 3 Days in trying to create a simple Gift card. With a pro Plugin, i expect different.
