    I am unable to choose the font family when I go to Appearance -> Customize. The link provided shows an image where you can see that the font family does not show up.

    Thanks.

  • Hi @bsf9!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

    This doesn’t happen on our test instances, it occurs only on your end so it could be caused by a plugin conflict. Please try to backup your site, deactivate all plugins, then reactivate them one by one so you will be able to check which one could cause this and replace it with an alternative plugin. Also, please try to clear the cache.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

    I’m experiencing the same issue and I have to clear all transients in the database in order for the Customizer to return to normal state. I believe your last updates are buggy. You should investigate this further.

    Hello @apollosk and @bsf9,

    Are you by any chance adding a custom font and use Elementor PRO?

    If so, then we know about the issue and our developers are already working on a fix which will be released with the upcoming update!

    Until then, as a workaround, you can set up the fonts by going to Customizer > Additional CSS and input a variation of the following code, depending on what you want to target:

    p {
    font-family: 'cursive';
    }

    Thank you for your understanding and stay tuned for the upcoming update!

    I use Montserrat, a Google font and Elementor Pro. Clearing caches and deleting all transients in the database works for me for now.

    And it’s not only that issue. Tabs in Customizer (like Layout and Style) become unclickable and all options of the element you are customizing are displayed under the first tab. But the fix you are working on might solve that issue too.

    Hi @apollosk!

    We couldn’t recreate the issue regarding unclickable tabs in Customizer. Could you please describe exactly how does this happen?

    Thanks you!

    Hi @apollosk,

    The reported issue was addressed in the latest version of the theme, 3.0.6. Can you please confirm if the Customizer panels of the theme work as expected after updating it?

    Thank you for your time and support!

    I can confirm that the Customizer panels of the theme work as expected. I haven’t noticed any problem lately regarding the above-mentioned issue. Thank you for fixing it. Cheers!

    Hello @apollosk,

    Thank you for confirming that everything works as expected now!

    Have an amazing day!

    If you are not getting any options to change font family then you can use font generator like Font Generator tool which help you put fancy & stylish fonts without inserting HTML tags or no need to download font styles.
