WPForms not saving

    Hello, I have made a form with WPForms, and whenever I save the form after editing, it doesn’t save and shows

    Something went wrong while saving the form. Please reload the page and try again.

    Can someone please help.

    Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about the issue you’re running into with saving forms.

    Typically this issue is caused by a server permission issue. To troubleshoot, you can open up the form builder then open your web browser’s Console. To open this on Google Chrome you’ll select the 3 dots in the top right > More Tools > Developer Tools (screen recording).

    Then try to save the form with the Console open. If you see a 403 (sometimes a 404 or 400) error appear then this means the issue is due to server permission and your hosting provider will be able to help resolve this issue.
