Plugin not displaying text

    Hi,

    I am writing to you as I seem to have issues with the plugin.
    The buttons created seem not to display the text hidden, although they do seem to work in preview mode (not in the actual pages).

    You can find two pages where this happens:

    When editing the pages in WordPress, I can preview the changes no problem. Once I update the page, the buttons seem inactive.

    I have tried all the troubleshooting tricks I can think of (after years of using this plugin with no issues at all), including updating it, deleting it and uploading it again, clearing the cache… to no avail. Also, I have no idea of what might have cause the issue, as it was working flawlessly and stably until a week ago.

    Could you please help orient me on what can I do to fix this?

    Thank you for connecting us.
    Could you please try to temporarily deactivate your cache plugin and check like that and let me know about the results?

    Thanks so much for your response.

    I have deactivated the cache plugin, and the result is the same: in preview the read more / read less toggle works perfectly but not on the pages themselves.

    I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
    Could you please temporarily deactivate your cache plugin and give me that page URL.
    I need to check whether our plugin scripts include that page or not.

    Dear @edmonparker ,

    Thank you for your response.

    For several reasons, I am currently migrating my website to a different hosting. Would it be ok to pause this see if the issue persists once the migration is done?

    Also, most probably I will change the theme too once the migration is complete, so I wouldn′t want you to work in vain before all of that is done.

    I hope you′re well.
    After having migrated the website, I still encounter the same issue (read more buttons not displaying text in pages, however they do work in preview mode).

    Hello again,

    A little update to let you know that I had to remove the plugin from the example pages on my previous post as I needed them fully functional. I have the impression that it might be a conflict with other plugins I have installed but until I can figure out more, I′m afraid I can′t use it for the time being.
