• Hello,

Please help me with the following issues:

    1. After successful payment of a downloadable product, the download button does not show after the transaction has been finalized unless the page is refreshed. There is a link that shows on the automated email sent to the customer, but not on the page.

    2. Also half of Top Menu is missing after I return to the site after making the payment

I am using WooCommerce for the store and WishList for the membership part of the site.
I am using a Sandbox PayPal account to test the website.

I have posted a video of the problem here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vlCuubijUo
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this download button out putted by your theme? If so, I recommend asking at that theme’s support.

So I spent two days trying to fix these two issues, the disappearing menu and the download option not showing after a successful payment. I contacted WooCommerce support, followed all the steps you suggested for clearing the cache, used different themes, called my hosting provider, started a topic on WordPress forums, went on Fiverr, etc. and nothing worked. I have finally found the solution (fingers crossed) to this issue, at least for me. I was using PayPal standard for the payment processor, then switched to Stripe and the issues went away. WooCommerce also later confirmed that this is a known issue for them with PayPal standard. When I made a coupon code and used it everything worked perfectly, then I switched to Stripe and everything is working perfectly.
I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but WooCommerce also mentioned that they were able to reproduce the same issues only when using PayPal standard and not other payment processors.

Woocommerce confirmed that this is an issue with PayPal again and that the developers in Woocommerce are trying to find a workaround to the problem. The obvious solution is to stop using PayPal and find another credit card processor.
