• Hi,

It looks like one of the latest updates broken some important function.

On the calendar view in the frontend, in this month (August), there are no events. When selecting the next month, there are some events on different days.
Normally when clicking in the calendar on the day where something is planned, the page scrolls down to the event.
Now it doesn’t anymore, as the anchor is missing (on the source code there is the #, but no paramter). Probably some ajax call is not working when loading a different month.

    Best regards,
    WBW

    Hello @wpblogwriter,

Can you please provide some info on the plugins and the theme you have?

For troubleshooting and finding the reason for the conflict, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

If the above steps didn’t help you, please contact us via this email [email protected].

    Please keep us informed,

    Best Regards

    Hello @wpblogwriter,

You have customized the MEC shortcode: https://i.postimg.cc/X7Bphqv6/image.png.
Customization is not included in the support rules. Please reverse your customizations in MEC shortcode, and then if the issue persisted, let us know, and we’ll check that.

    Best Regards

Ok, I was not aware of that (took over the running project). I’ll check that.
