Gutenberg Image Block Crops Half of Image

I’m trying to enter a post for someone and one of the uploaded images is 800X2000.
Almost the top half of this image is cut off and I can’t figure out how to adjust this so that the entire image is displayed.

When I view the image in the media library the entire image is visible
