    I have not seen this issue before, but I am actually also doubting if I saw the payment action “redeem” before. This is why I first want to check if you are actually using our plugin: “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” (version: 1.5.1).

    If you are using our plugin, it might be best to open a ticket on our system so you can explain the problem in a bit more detail, so we can try to help you further.
