Serious banner help

Ok I’m trying to add a new banner and I have tried to add the image back to here in the ftp by following the url

blog//wp-content/uploads/2010/04/header1-resized-image-780×200.jpg” alt=”Header Image” />

but its not working when i put the image back from the ftp any ideas here’s my url
