• Hi, first of all, thanks for this amazing theme! Love it.

I am kind of new to website designing and have small amateur questions I was hoping to get support with:
Both regard the mobile version of the website:

    1. The sub-items (all 5) of the menu in the mobile version are not clickable. At least not when being on a different page. if on the same pae it jumps down as it should.
In the desktop version, ones are working perfectly.
Is there a way to fix that or at least to hide them in the mobile version only?

    2. The header, which includes the menu, is somehow overlapping with the background picture of the first section of the website. This problem appeared after some changes (unfortunately, I don’t remember which …) but was always working nicely before. I am using the Plugin MyStickyHeader.

Any help is highly appreciated, thanks for your time to have a look and have a wonderful day!

    Warm regards,

    Jo

  • Hello,

We are most certainly thankful for your feedback.

    1. The URLs you have used is not correct.
Kindly use this URL. https://www.innateflowyoga.com/yoga-styles/#vinyasa-flow instead of using this one https://www.innateflowyoga.com/yoga-styles#vinyasa-flow
    (Use “/” slash)
Make the correction for all the menu items.

    2. Sorry but not getting this issue, kindly share the snapshots and steps to check the issue.

    Thank you.

Hi Abhishek, thanks a bunch for the speedy reply.

    1. I did have the “/” in the submenu item links before and navigation was not possible.
Just added it again and in the mobile version, it is still not working on different mobile devices.

    2. Sorry for being unclear. Via mobile ( https://imgur.com/a/RZjqDD9 ) and desktop as well ( https://imgur.com/1FXOpvv ) the header is “inside” the first section and therefore above the background picture of the section. Before, the section top border and the header bottom border were touching, leaving the picture more space.
There is no header when I am editing ( https://imgur.com/a/9wMhXZJ ) – when it used to be there while editing, the issue of an overlap was not present.

How can I make sure the header stay above the section until the user starts scrolling?
And how can I see the header in elementor editing again?

Thanks in advance for your efforts and help.

    Warm regards,

    Johannes

I got your issue and I apologize for the trouble.

It seems a bug and I have passed this to the concern dev team to look into it.
The issue is only with the full-screen mobile menu style.

For now, please go to Appearance > CUstomize > Header > Mobile Menu, from here set the mobile menu style Dropdown or sidebar, and it will function well.

    Thank you.

Thanks for your time Abhishek, I appreciate you sharing my first point with the respective team. And will change the appearance until then.

Did you have the chance to also check how the other issue I mentioned (Nr. 2) can be resolved? I shared many screenshots as you requested in a previous message.

Thanks in advance and have a great day!

    Warm regards,

    Johannes

And as FYI, changing the mobile menu to sidebar or drop-down did not solve the issue. The sub-menu links are still not working.
Maybe you can share this with the dev team as well as this is a true disappointment.

    Appreciated and cheers.

    My apologies for the spamming.
Another FYI, when changing back to the full-screen menu the submenu items all of a sudden work. For the first time but seems like changing the mobile menu style several times did the trick? Weird but I am happy.

I would very much appreciate you looking into my second issue again (links see above):

    Hello,

Apologize for the delay in response.

    1. Glad to hear that issue has been fixed.

    2. Please edit the page with elementor and try to use the default layout and check if you are getting the header back of facing the same issue.
    https://elementor.com/help/canvas-vs-full-width/

In addition, please go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.
