    I have this error message in my site health status of my wordpress dashboard for a couple months:

    “Wpcom Connection Test
    Jetpack
    A healthy connection ensures Jetpack essential services are provided to your WordPress site, such as Stats and Site Security.

    Error My Three Seasons is not connected.: 200

    We recommend reconnecting Jetpack.”

    I’ve attempted to reconnect dozens of times. The strange thing is everything looks fine. I can see the jetpack stats. I asked about this earlier, but am not sure if I should follow the steps provided to me in terms of contacting my host.

    Why does everything look fine but this issue still persists?

    I can see that the Jetpack connection to your site is currently broken as we’re unable to send requests to your site, but we’re still able to receive some data from it, which is why you can see the stats.

    I’d highly recommend getting this sorted; the issue is we can’t access your XML-RPC endpoint, which is essential to a solid and healthy communication with our servers.

    I’d prefer if you reached out to your host about this as the endpoint isn’t loading at all, but also taking a quick look at any security plugins you have that may be blocking.

    It’s also possible for you to specifically whitelist our IP ranges by asking your host for that, so only Jetpack can access the endpoint, these can be found below:

    Based on our testing, it appears that this is fixed and the connection is good:
