Exclude PHP functions

    I have a page where there is a PHP function to count each time page reload and display the number. It works perfectly. However, when litespeed caching plugin is enabled. The PHP function seems to not working perfectly.
    Is there a way to cache the whole page and excluding all PHP functions within the pages ?
