    Hi

Im considering you as our new email newsletter tool.

    But I have some questions:
    – Can I make a signup form to my wordpress website? And how? Is it a code?

    – In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters? (We have different e-mail lists – for example Partners I, Partners II etc. and we want the customer to be able to choose which newsletter lists they want to be on when they sign up through our website).

    – If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?

    – How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?

    – Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscribtion? (I have an e-mail list and if I want to change e-mail list provider I need this function).

    Best regards
    Sara

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us.

We have attached our response to your queries as below:
    1) Can I make a signup form to my WordPress website? And how? Is it a code?
    A. Yes, you can create sign-up forms and add them to your website through shortcodes. You can create/edit forms from the menu Email Subscribers –> Forms. Using built-in options in the plugin, you can create basic forms that match your default theme styling. For advanced styling though, you may have to opt for custom CSS.

    2) In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters?
    A. Yes while creating a form, you can decide whether subscribers should be able to choose different newsletter lists when they subscribe. You can read more about how to create forms in Email Subscribers plugin and how to configure them according to your needs from here.

    3) If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?
    A. In the free version, subscribers will not have an option to choose a list on the unsubscribe page. They will get unsubscribed from all the lists if they unsubscribe. In the premium version though, admin can allow subscribers to choose lists on the unsubscribe page as well. Thus they will have more control over their subscription preferences.

    4) How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?
    A. The newsletter creation process is simple and straight. You can compose the newsletter content using WordPress Visual Editor. For more control over the design, you can use custom HTML/CSS as well. Using this link you can learn more about how to create and send newsletters. To help you out further, there are some good premade email templates available for newsletters in the premium version. Here is a list of available templates in the premium versions.

    5) Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscription?
    A. Yes, using plugin’s import feature, you can add your old subscribers into our e-mail system without asking them to confirm their subscription. You will just need to select subscribers’ status as Subscribed during the import process. You can read more about the import process from here.

Hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any further queries.

    Thank you.
