Admin bar not showing properly

I have a weird one. When I’m logged in, the admin bar appears on the left of the screen (vertically instead of horizontally on top) and then the actual website appears below that. I’ve tried on a different browser, clearing my cache, etc. without any luck. The only thing that seems to be working is if I access it on another computer. This leads me to believe that there’s something on my computer that prohibits it from showing correctly. All the other sites work properly. How do I reset the admin bar?
