Email sending but not showing

Hello,

Recently we are using the Contact form 7 plugin.

After installing the contact form 7 plugin everything configuration was done.

When submitting the form or when sending mail form through it’s showing successful messaage but we cannot receive mail in our account.

We checked inbox, spam, etc.

What happened here not able to understand?
