    By any chance, is this additional field added by a plugin or page editor? If yes, it’s best to ask the plugin developer directly for how to include it in new order email.

    By default, if a customer puts order notes, it should be included in your new order email. If this functionality is not working properly for you, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
