    I’m having this issue for the past few days. I cannot enter anything in the payment form. I have been through all solution posts on this forum & I still cannot get the form to accept input. The website is https://rollercoasterrecordskk.com/checkout/
    I have disabled plugins, changed themes, etc. Can someone please help?

    I have started this thread as suggested. I am still experiencing this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the WooCommerce Forums! I see that the fields inside your payment form on the checkout page cannot be filled in – I was able to reproduce this both on Firefox and Chrome.

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there. Be sure to include your System Status Report in your ticket. To view your System Status report:

    Go to: WooCommerce > Status;
    Select Get System Report and copy/paste it into your Support Request.

    Hi @karolryan,

    Thanks. I took a look at your site and found this Stripe integration error. I’m guessing it’s coming from the Elementor pro.

    Are you able to disable the Elementor Pro plugin and check if this works?

    Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

    @simplysaru Thank you so much. I rolled back the elementor install to the previous version and the form is working again. I’ll contact the elementor team to let them know of the issue. Hopefully they can rectify in their next release!
