Theme doesn’t work with Amazon Payments in WooCommerce

This is a fantastic theme for a standard website–I’ve used this on several client websites. But for an e-commerce website using Amazon Payments, this theme does not work. I have a client with an e-commerce website using Amazon Payments as the only payment method and we were able to get up to the last step of placing an order and the Place Order button was not there. When switching to another theme that button was there to complete the order, so it’s a compatibility issue with this theme. This issue has also been noted in the support forum.
