pages and posts not showing up

Well, I don’t know were to begin. I have had so many problems with this software. First off, I was trying to create a static home page. Well, I not only got a duplicate home page, but nothing showed up on the page other than “Sorry you are looking for something that isn’t here”.

So, I removed the home title that didn’t work either. Nor, are my posts showing up. I tried to use the quick press to at least publish something. Nothing shows up other than that “Not here” message. I can’t get my post to show up under recent posts. Frankly, I can’t get anything to work right with this stuff. Here is my site: https://lilithland.net/wordpress/

I don’t know what to do, and I am beyond frustrated. Please help!
